Use of Scheme: These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Merlin Rewards Programme and your use of the Merlin Rewards Card. Please read them carefully as they are binding on you.

Term: It is Merlin’s intention to run the Merlin Rewards Programme for the foreseeable future. However, Merlin reserve the right to suspend, postpone or cease operation of the Merlin Rewards Programme at any time. In the event of such suspension, postponement or cessation, no compensation or recompense whatsoever will be due to the Merlin Rewards Member.

Participation: All participants in the Merlin Rewards Programme must be resident in the Republic of Ireland and aged 18 years or over. The Merlin Rewards Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the Merlin Rewards Member who must sign their card.

The Merlin Rewards Benefits – Discounts: A Merlin Rewards Card is allocated to all Merlin Motor City customers on the purchase of their car. Valid Merlin Rewards Members will receive discounts on services and goods purchased from Merlin’s participating service providers ("Service Providers"). A list of the participating Service Providers is available on our website at
www.merlinrewards.ie
and may be updated from time to time, whether by addition or removal of participating Service Providers. Discounts are made available upon presentation of the Merlin Rewards Card to each Service Provider at the point of purchase.

Benefits: Participating service provider outlets will offer discounts to Merlin Rewards Members upon presentation of a Merlin Rewards Card and, in the case of purchasing any online goods or services, upon entering the unique Merlin Rewards Card number into the relevant box of the booking form. Discounts obtained by production of the Merlin Rewards Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted Service Provider offers then available at time of redemption.

Your Merlin Rewards Card: The Merlin Rewards Card is issued and administered by Merlin and remains the property of Merlin.

Data Protection: Personal information received by Merlin from participants in the Merlin Rewards Programme will be processed by Merlin for the purposes of operating the Merlin Rewards Programme. On joining the Merlin Rewards Programme participants are invited to decide if they wish to receive marketing materials from Merlin and its associated entities and participants who wish to opt out of receiving such materials can do so. Those who do not opt-out will be included on the Merlin mailing list and may be contacted in the future (including after the end of the Merlin Rewards Programme) about similar goods, services, facilities and offers. Liability. The purchase of good and services from the participating service providers will be governed by the service provider’s own standard terms of sale and supply and Merlin accepts no responsibility towards the Merlin Rewards Members in relation to those goods and services. The purchase is a direct contract between the Members and the Service Provider to which Merlin is not a party and in respect of which Merlin bears no responsibility or liability.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
